At PetPaws Paradise LLC, we want you and your pet to be purrfectly happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We’re here to help make it better with our simple and stress-free refund and returns process.

Returns Within 30 Days
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out—whether your pet gave it a “paws down” or it just wasn’t what you expected, we’ve got you covered.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@petpawsp.com or give us a call at 313-548-2434 . Let us know your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Pack the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is not available, make sure the item is protected for its journey back to us.

Ship It Back: We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and any other instructions you may need. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return and confirm the condition of the item(s), we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions to Our Returns Policy
While we want to make every customer and their pet happy, there are a few items that cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable items (e.g., food, treats) for health and safety reasons.
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom pet tags, personalized beds).
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds in the original form of payment, or if you prefer, we’re happy to exchange the item for something your pet will love even more! If you’d like to exchange an item, simply indicate your preference when contacting customer service.

Damaged or Defective Items

How Long Does It Take?
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
